1. Information collected and its purposes
When you contact us, we collect your name or nickname, email address, enquiry category and message, and consent record. We use these to reply, clarify details, correct articles, improve the site and address abuse or spam. We do not use them for advertising emails without your consent.
Do not enter other people’s personal information, passwords, card numbers, bank details or other information unnecessary for your enquiry.
2. Enquiry form and external services
The form uses FormSubmit. When you press Send, your entries are sent through that service to the operator’s email address. Processing and email delivery may involve servers outside Japan.
If you contact us directly by email, we use your email address, message and information in that email to handle your enquiry.
3. Advertising and affiliate links
This site uses Rakuten Affiliate. When you follow an advertising link to an external site, advertising providers may use cookies and link identifiers to measure clicks, bookings and other conversions.
Your booking name, payment information and reservation details are entered and managed by the destination service. This site does not accept bookings or payments. Check each service’s policy for its handling of personal information.
4. Hosting, external images and access information
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, access dates and times, browser details and similar information for delivery and security.
Displaying Rakuten advertising images or externally hosted photographs may send your IP address and browser details to the image provider. Each provider processes information for its stated purposes, such as delivery or advertising measurement.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand usage and improve this site. Cookies and similar technologies send page views, access dates and times, browser and device information to Google. Contact-form entries are excluded from measurement, and URL queries and fragments are removed before transmission. We do not use Google Signals or advertising personalisation. 5. Managing cookies
You can restrict or delete cookies in your browser settings. Restrictions may affect logins on linked sites, advertising conversion measurement or the form’s anti-spam protection.
6. Management, retention and third-party disclosure
The operator manages enquiry information only as needed to handle the enquiry. Information no longer needed is deleted within a reasonable period. Information needed for ongoing correspondence, abuse investigations or legal retention is kept for the necessary period.
We do not disclose enquiry information to third parties without consent, except where required by law or otherwise permitted. Service providers for transmission, hosting and email management are used for the purposes described here. We work to protect collected information and limit access to what is necessary.
